How do I reset my password?

Click on “Sign-in | Sign Up” button located in top right hand corner of the website

Click on “Forgot Password?”

Enter email address associated with your account and click on “Reset password” button

Open you email inbox and follow instructions from the email. Please notice that this email might take few minutes to come to your inbox
How do I change my password?

Click on “Sign-in | Sign Up” button located in top right hand corner of the website

Enter your current username and password and click on “Login” button

Scroll to the bottom of the page to the “Change Password” section

Enter your current password in the “Old Password” field

Enter a new password in the “New Password” field
-
Enter a new password in the “Confirm New Password” field again

Click the “Reset Password” button
How do I update my user/agent/agency/developer information?

Once logged in, in top right hand corner click on icon with profile picture. A drop-down menu will open from which you select “My Profile” section by clicking on it

Update details in desired fields

Click on “Update Profile” button which can be found on the bottom of the page to save your changes
How do I add a listing?

Once logged in, in top right hand corner click on icon with profile picture. A drop-down menu will open from which you select “Add New Property” section by clicking on it

Input details into provided fields. Fields with an asterisk in the label are required fields

Add property by clicking on “Add Property” button located on the bottom of the page
How do I edit my listing?

Once logged in, in top right hand corner click on icon with profile picture. A drop-down menu will open from which you select “My Properties List” section by clicking on it

Click on “Edit Property” button (image of little pen inside of a square) which is located on right hand side of the picture of your property

Update details in desired fields. Fields with an asterisk in the label are required fields

Click on “Save Changes” button located on the bottom of the page to save updated information
How do I upload or change my profile photo?

Once logged in, in top right hand corner click on icon with profile picture. A drop-down menu will open from which you select “My Profile” section by clicking on it

Click on “Upload Profile Image.” button

Select image from your device and click on “Open” button. Minimum acceptable size of the profile picture is 500px x 500px

Wait until you’ll be able to see your uploaded image

Click on “Update Profile” button which can be found on the bottom of the page to save your changes
How do I follow more properties?

How do I send e-brochures to my prospects? (Using Google Chrome browser)

Once you are on the property page, you can see a small icon of a printer just above the property picture/map, click on it and a new window will pop up

Click on “Change…” button, which can be found under “Destination” section

Click the “Save as PDF” button which can be found under “Print Destination” section

Now you can send the PDF e-brochure to your client through e.g. email
How do I request a viewing?

Once you are on your favorite property page, scroll to “Contact Me” section

Click on “Schedule a showing?” button

Select date and time from provided fields that suits you

Enter your Name, Email address and Phone Number in provided fields

Click on “Send Email” button
